You'll receive an email with intake forms to complete before your visit so your therapist is fully prepared.
Initial Assessment
Your registered therapist carries out a thorough assessment of your condition, history, and goals — typically 45–60 minutes.
Your Personalised Plan
You leave with a tailored treatment plan — clear milestones, session frequency, and a home exercise program.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Call 1.888.332.7372 to make changes.

RCP Health offers direct billing to virtually all major Canadian insurance providers — no paying out of pocket and waiting for reimbursement. We also manage WSIB and auto insurance claims from intake to discharge.
