Do I need a referral from my physiotherapist to join these classes?
No referral is required. These classes are open to all adults. However, if you are currently a patient at RCP Health, your physiotherapist can recommend the most suitable program for your recovery stage.
Are these classes suitable if I have osteoporosis?
Yes. Our Strength Training for Midlife program includes osteoporosis management exercises that are specifically designed to be safe and effective for individuals with low bone density. Our coaches work in collaboration with our physiotherapy team.
What should I bring to class?
Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one. Mats are also available at the clinic. Free weights and resistance bands are provided.
How is this different from a regular gym class?
These programs are delivered in collaboration with RCP Health physiotherapists, meaning the exercises are clinically informed. Class sizes are kept small so each participant gets individual attention and form correction.

Can I book a single session before committing to the 4-week program?
Absolutely. You can drop in for any individual session — strength training, yoga, mobility, or face yoga — before deciding on the 4-week program.
