Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RCP Health website at rcphealth.ca, or by receiving clinical services at our Oakville location, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Clinical Services

RCP Health provides physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic care, dietitian services, and related wellness services at Suite 304, 700 Dorval Drive, Oakville, ON. All clinical services are provided by registered, licensed practitioners in accordance with applicable Ontario college and regulatory requirements.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Information published on this site is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment recommendations specific to your condition.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Each appointment reserves time specifically for you.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged unless otherwise agreed. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at 1-888-332-7372.

Repeated no-shows without notice may result in restricted future booking at the clinic's discretion.

Consent to Treatment

Prior to receiving clinical services, patients are required to provide informed consent. This includes consent to assessment, treatment, and the collection and use of personal health information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to any legal or contractual limitations.

RCP Health practitioners reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where clinically appropriate or where patient conduct is disrespectful toward staff or other patients.

Fees and Payment

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. RCP Health accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit

Where payment after treatment has been arranged in advance, the account is interest-free for the first 30 days. Any balance outstanding beyond 30 days will be charged a monthly interest rate of 2.9%. Payments are applied to interest first, then to the outstanding principal.

Fees may increase periodically due to inflation and cost-of-living adjustments. Patients will be notified of any fee changes in advance.

Insurance and Benefit Assignment

RCP Health offers direct billing to most major group benefits plans. By authorizing direct billing, you assign benefits payable for eligible claims to the healthcare provider submitting your claims electronically, and authorize your insurer or plan administrator to issue payment directly to RCP Health.

In the event your insurer declines your claim(s), you remain responsible for payment in full for all services rendered and/or supplies provided. You acknowledge that:

  • The insurer or plan administrator is under no obligation to accept a benefit assignment
  • Any benefit payment made in accordance with an assignment discharges the insurer of its payment obligation
  • If payment is made directly to you rather than to RCP Health, the insurer is also discharged of its obligation, and you are responsible for remitting the full amount to the clinic

This assignment applies to all eligible claims submitted electronically and may be revoked at any time by providing written notice to your insurer or plan administrator. If you are a spouse or dependent of the plan member, you confirm that you are authorized by the plan member to execute this assignment.
